Air India Express Flight 812 was a scheduled passenger service from Dubai to Mangalore which at around 01:00 UTC on 22 May 2010,[4] overshot the runway on landing, fell over a cliff and caught fire, spreading wreckage across the surrounding hillside.[4][5][6] Of the 160 passengers and six crew members on board, only eight passengers survived.[3][7][8][9]
