Khaibakh massacre

The Khaibakh massacre refers to a report of mass execution of the ethnically Chechen population of the aul (village) of Khaibakh, in the mountainous part of Chechnya, by Soviet forces under an NKVD Colonel Mikheil Gveshiani.
