The film was Marilyn Monroe's first major film appearance and catapulted her to stardom. She filmed in the summer of 1952 and it was released in 1953. The hotel in the movie was called Rainbow Cabins which were built specifically for the set. The cabins were constructed in Queen Victoria Park over looking the falls. There used to be an observation stand called Inspirational Point which was removed for safety reasons. That is in the movie. But don't confuse that with the current one at Rambler's Rest. You will need to ask at the park where the specific location is.
