On September 29, 2016, a fast moving NJ Transit commuter train crashed at Hoboken Terminal in Hoboken, New Jersey. The accident occurred during the morning rush hour, at one of the busiest transportation hubs in the New York City metropolitan region. Events leading to the crash remain unclear but are being investigated. Initial reports have indicated that at least one person has died and 108 more are injured.[2] The train driver was among the injured.[3]
