The Castle of Charolles is an old castle , which dates back to the xiii ^th century, which stands on the town of Charolles , in the department of Saône-et-Loire , in region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté . In the Middle Agesit was the center of one of six castellanies the Charolais County .
