Staurolite-Garnet schist

The schists are about 1.45 billion years old and contain garnet + staurolite + sillmanite + muscovite + biotite + plagioclase + quartz.  The staurolite occurs as porphyroblasts up to a centimeter in size.  Stop 4 of Daniel et al.
