Bulacan State University (commonly referred to as BulSU or BSU; Filipino: Pamantasang Pampamahalaan ng Bulacan) is a public university located in Malolos, Bulacan in the Philippines. It was established in 1904 as an intermediate school by the Americans during their regime. It was converted into a chartered state university in 1993 by virtue of Republic Act 7665. It has five satellite campuses in Bustos, San Jose del Monte, Bulakan, Hagonoy, and Pulilan, and also runs an academic program in Hong Kong which offers graduate and collegiate degree courses.
