Small Roman fort Kemel

Description

The fort Kemel is a former Roman garrison at the Upper Germanic Limes , the status since 2005 UNESCO world cultural heritage has. The designed for a numerus camp is now located as a largely overbuilt Bodendenkmal in the settlement center of Kemel , a district of the municipality Heidenrod in the Hessian Rheingau-Taunus district .
