View on map:49.633614°N 9.330611°E

Description

The Kleinkastel Haselburg was a Roman military camp on the so-called "Front Limes" of the Upper German-Rhaetian Limes . It is now located between the villages of Reinhard and Gerolzahn , two belonging to the city Walldürn districts in the Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis , Baden-Württemberg . From the plant today nothing is visible. The Haselburg is next to the small fort Rötelseethe only plant of its kind in this section of the Limes excavated by modern means. In particular, the three-phase expansion has provided very important information on the development of the Limes in southwest Germany.
