Ангарская Государственная Техническая Академия - АГТА]) is the center of education, science, and culture for the city of Angarsk and Angarsk regional area. Founder of AGTA is the Government of the Russian Federation. The right to conduct educational activity in the field of the higher, postgraduate education is fixed by the license #64670, registration #4571, beginning from the month of April, 18th day, 2005 year, awarded by the Russian Federal Agency of Education (Rosobrazovanie).
