Mount Holyoke College

Mount Holyoke College is a women's liberal arts college in South Hadley, Massachusetts, United States. It is the first member of the Seven Sisters colleges, a consortium of elite East Coast liberal arts colleges that arose as a female equivalent to the then-male dominated Ivy League. Mount Holyoke also served as a model for other women's colleges and is part of the region's Five College Consortium, along with Amherst College, Smith College, Hampshire College, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
