Entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park

Kilimanjaro National Park is a Tanzanian national park, located 200 miles south of the equator in Kilimanjaro Region,Tanzania. The national park is located near the city of Moshi. The park includes the whole of Mount Kilimanjaro above the tree line and six forest corridors stretching down through the montane forest belt.^[3] It covers an area of 753 km² (291 sq mi) from 2°45'–3°25'S, 37°00'–37°43'E. The park is administered by the Tanzania National Parks Authority.^[4]
