In the west of the town, there are two Pidarirathas and a Valayankuttai ratha (unfinished, two-storey monuments).[58] One Pidari and one Valayankuttai ratha feature North Indian Nagara-style architecture, and the other Pidari rathafeatures South Indian Dravida-style architecture.[58]
