Sealand Youth Training Center fire

The site here is the city of Hwaseong near where the fire took place but the exact location needs to be documented.

Sealand Youth Training Center was a summer educational camp for young children, located near Hwaseong, South Korea. In the early morning hours of June 30, 1999, the dormitory, housing approximately 430 children and their teachers, was consumed by fire. Nineteen children and four adults perished.
