Mount Kazbek (Georgian: ყაზბეგი or მყინვარწვერი (Kazbegi/Mkinvartsveri), Karachay-Balkar: Къазбек (Qazbek), Ossetic: Сæна (Sæna), Chechen: Башлам (Bashlam), Russian: Казбек), is a dormant stratovolcano and one of the major mountains of the Caucasus located in the Kazbegi District of Georgia and North Ossetia (Russia).
