Umikaze

Umikaze (海風, ”Sea Breeze”) ^[1] was the seventh of ten Shiratsuyu-class destroyers, and the first to be built for the Imperial Japanese Navy under the Circle Two Program (Maru Ni Keikaku).^[2]
