ACS-64 Unit 601 was pulling train 188 at the time of the accident

On May 12, 2015, an Amtrak Northeast Regional train bound for New York City derailed on the Northeast Corridor in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Seven people died and over 100 were injured, out of 238 passengers and 5 crew on the train.
