Talbot Rice Gallery

Talbot Rice Gallery is part of the University of Edinburgh, in Scotland. It was established in 1975 and takes its name from David Talbot Rice, the Watson Gordon Professor of Fine Art at the University of Edinburgh from 1934 to 1972. The Gallery focuses on contemporary art exhibitions and has collaborated with some of the world's leading international artists including Rosemarie Trockel, Joseph Kosuth and Tim Rollins and K.O.S.. Being part of a University, Talbot Rice Gallery also creates links between artists and academics, providing access to cutting edge research and historic collections.
