Graccurris was a Roman city corresponding to the present Alfaro , La Rioja founded by Tiberio Sempronio Graco in 179 a. C. on a city or village berón . Celtiberian named Ilurce or Ilurcís , to settle Roman and indigenous wounded during his campaign against the Celtiberians . 1
