Chengdu University of Information Technology

Chengdu University of Information Technology (CUIT, Chinese: 成都信息工程大学) is a Chinese university founded in 1951. It is a key developing provincial university joint building by China Meteorological Administration and Sichuan Province. It is the only university independently specializing in information technology in southwest China, and is the member of CDIO world organization.^[2] From 2004, It started to educate reserve army officers for strategic missile forces which named Second Artillery Corps (SAC) in People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China .^[3]CUIT offers Associate, Bachelor and Master degree programs in areas including Atmospheric Science, Information Science and Technology, Environmental Science and Engineering.^[4]
