Gono University or গণ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (Bengali: গণ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) is a private university in Savar, Bangladesh which was established on 14 July 1998. It is now operating their academic and administrating activity on their permanent campus at Nalam, Savar, Dhaka. It was approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) on 1998. As of 2005, it also introduced new academic courses without UGC approval (as did a number of other private universities).^[2]
