North Bengal International University or NBIU (Bengali: নর্থ বেঙ্গল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি) is a private university established in the 15 September 2013 in Matihar, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. The University was founded by Prof. Rasheda Khaleque and founder Vice Chancellor of the university is Professor Abdul Khaleque, former Vice Chancellor of University of Rajshahi.[6] The university is recognised by University Grants Commission of Bangladesh.[7]
