Small Roman fort Marköbel

Description

The castle Marköbel was a Roman fort at the Wetteraulinie of the Upper German-Raetian Limes in today's Marköbel , a district of the municipality Hammersbach in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis . Today, apart from a few reconstructions, nothing of the plant is visible anymore.
