Small Roman fort Güssgraben

Description

The small fort Güssgraben (also Kleinkastell am Güßgraben ) was a Roman fortification of the Rhaetian Limes , which achieved in 2005 the status of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage . The small fort was built about 27 meters from the Roman imperial border and is now on the district of Schamhaupten , a district of the municipality Altmannstein in the district of Eichstätt , Bavaria .
