Description

Darwin's Arch

Darwin's Arch was a natural rock arch feature to the southeast of Darwin Island in the Pacific Ocean. The arch sat on an irregularly shaped, rocky, submerged plateau, nicknamed "the theatre".[2] The arch collapsed due to natural erosion on May 17, 2021, leaving two freestanding pillars.[3][4]
