On December 18, 2022, a mass shooting occurred at a condominium tower in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Six people were killed, including the 73-year-old gunman who died after being shot by responding officers.[2] One other person was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.[3][4][5] Police searched the building for additional victims.[
