Erin and Caden Thompson Homicide

On March 19, 2009 Justine Winters, 16, decided to take her own life and sped her car up to 85 miles per hour plowing head on into a car driven by a pregnant Erin Thompson and her son Caden.  Both Erin and Caden were killed instantly here but Justine survived.  She was put on trial and convicted of homicide and sentenced to 15 years.
