The Delta House was the old Patterson House which became a fraternity and was used in the filming. Unfortunately the home was torn down in 1986 and replaced with offices here. There is a rock with a plaque memorializing the frat house on the site.

National Lampoon's Animal House is a 1978 American comedy film directed by John Landis. The film was a direct spinoff from National Lampoon magazine. It is about a misfit group of fraternity members who challenge the dean of Faber College.
